The Creator Golf Cup is an event where brands and creators connect, with ABN AMRO hosting one hole each year. We were asked to come up with a fun concept to bring this hole to life. Since banking isn’t exactly the most exciting topic, we decided to tap into something creators genuinely love: gaming. That’s how we transformed the hole into a fully immersive gaming world.

I designed the visual elements for this ‘game world’ in a classic 8-bit style. From the on-course assets like the game rules, coins, and final flag, to the overall look and feel. The old-school 8-bit style was also carried through into the animations for the recap video. Below you’ll find the recap video, along with visuals from the course and the animations which were added later by the editor.
